   Proposal Description:
   We are working to update the neuropathology of MCI, in order to make              recommendations for the next round of Alzheimer???s disease clinical criteria.    We have currently evaluated clinical differences and neuropathologic              differences amongst Mayo Clinic study participants, but thought that a            validation set through NACC would benefit our project and demonstrate the         utility of NIH-funded NACC center.  Our overall goal is to identify clinical      and neuropathologic differences between amnestic and nonamnestic MCI.
